1. Introduction

NMESYS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. SHRD is designed with a privacy-first philosophy: we do not track, analyze, or profile users. All logged activity is stored strictly on behalf of the user for their own audit purposes.

We do not process or store any unencrypted user content. All client data is encrypted before it reaches our servers and can only be decrypted on the client’s machine. We cannot read, access, or interpret any of your private data.

2. What We Collect

We intentionally minimize the data we collect. However, we may store the following:

  • Account Metadata
    • Public key (used for cryptographic validation)
    • Service plan and storage utilization
  • Encrypted Files / Records
    • SHRD allows users to upload encrypted data blobs. These are encrypted client-side and are not readable by NMESYS.
  • User Activity Logs
    • Audit logs of user activity (e.g., file uploads, record changes) are stored solely for the user’s own account review.
    • These logs are never analyzed, aggregated, or shared with third parties.
  • Billing-Related Personal Data
    • Certain personal data (e.g., name, email, billing location) may be collected strictly for invoicing and financial compliance.
    • This information is double encrypted and cannot be interpreted from any database or server compromise.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store:

  • Passwords (our system does not use passwords)
  • IP addresses or geolocation data
  • Tracking identifiers, device fingerprints, or analytics
  • Contents of uploaded files (encrypted only)

4. How We Store and Protect Data

  • All user-uploaded content is encrypted before leaving the client device.
  • We do not possess or manage the decryption keys.
  • All stored data remains encrypted at rest.
  • NMESYS uses infrastructure it directly controls — no third-party providers are used.

5. Sharing of Data

NMESYS shares no user data with any third parties. There are no trackers, no external APIs, and no analytics tools embedded in SHRD.

6. Cookies and Tracking

SHRD does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If session cookies are used, they are strictly functional and never shared externally.

7. Your Rights

Because NMESYS does not store unencrypted personal information, traditional GDPR data rights such as data export or deletion requests typically do not apply. We cannot access or modify encrypted content on your behalf.

You have the right and the control to immediately purge and destroy all data. Data destruction is PERMANENT and can not be recovered by design. Neither NMESYS nor SHRD retains and of your data for longer than a few hours. The backup systems will also copy the current database state and thus all of your data will be gone.

NMESYS will however maintain all invoices realted to your account to to comply with financial laws, for a period equal to the requirement of our locality.

8. Billing and Invoicing Information

To comply with tax laws and generate invoices, SHRD may collect minimal personal information such as:

  • Billing contact name
  • Email address
  • Billing location or VAT identification (if applicable)

This data is stored using double encryption. It is not accessible to NMESYS staff, readable only by the account holder, and cannot be interpreted even in the event of a full server or database compromise.
